Due to the size and quantity of the
files we often send, it is important that you use
an FTP client software package, in lieu of the Internet
Explorer FTP option (it tends to time-out, resulting
in lossed files & disconnections). If you do not
currently have any FTP software, you can download
many for free. To help you, we have included a few
links below, but we do not warranty ANY of the software,
please consult your IT department, before downloading.

Once you have your FTP client installed
and ready for your connection, you need to enter the
Hostname/IP address
as - customwelding-fab.com
Username is - (the username emailed
to you)@customwelding-fab.com
Password is - (the password emailed
to you)
Once you have that entered, you can
connect, and find the job folder that you need to
access, and select the files you need, then click
on the download button (usually an arrow pointing
from the server to your local drive.
